Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apacrypto website and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service may not be available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you. Cryptocurrency market data may be regulated, restricted, or prohibited in some jurisdictions; we make no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular place.

2. The Service

Apacrypto is a read-only cryptocurrency market intelligence site. We display market data, charts, and basic analytics sourced from third-party providers. The Service does not enable trading, custody, transmission, or exchange of any asset.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

3. Accounts

Account creation is optional and is done via a one-time magic-link email — there is no password to manage. By signing in you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the email account that receives the magic links. Treat any authentication email you receive as confidential.
  • You will not attempt to sign in as another person or use an email address you do not control.
  • You will notify us promptly at support@apacrypto.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be used abusively, including for the purpose of probing, scraping, or attacking the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to access the Service by means other than the interface we provide.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content from the Service at a rate that a reasonable person would consider abusive, or in violation of any robots.txt or rate-limit directive we publish.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to facilitate mass marketing.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service or its data without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its layout, design, and original content are owned by Apacrypto and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may view and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

Market data, prices, and exchange information displayed on the Service are the property of their respective providers (Coinlore, Frankfurter, etc.) and are used under their terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to commercially exploit that data.

6. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without restriction or compensation.

7. Third-party content and links

The Service may display data from third parties and link to third-party sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data displayed is accurate, current, or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apacrypto, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apacrypto and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and, if applicable, request deletion of your account.
